@Brandi170416362 We will need way more info to try to help troubleshoot, send us a PM with exactly what is happening and what you are making and if you haven't already done another water test to test the pot, do that beforehand. If that works, it's your recipes and easier to troubleshoot.

@InstantPot I bought my 8qt instant pot pro last sept via amazon and it stopped pressurizing about a month ago. I tried all the the things and it still doesn’t work. Very disappointing

Burn notices bumming you out? You might not be using enough liquid! 8qt pots need a minimum of 2 cups for Pressure Cooking, 6qts need at least 1 1/2 cups. 👍 #instantpot #instantpotofficial #pressurecooking #cookingtips #nowyouknow

Few things fill me with rage like the friggen #InstantPot. What a horribly designed piece of garbage. Even following the directions precisely, stuff still burns to the bottom, again and again, and it ends the cooking process. @InstantPot can you design something that isn't shit?

@InstantPot I am really disappointed in your customer service. I bought an Omni Air Fryer 2 years 6 now it has stopped working. I reached out to your customer service for help and they refused, since the warranty is finished. I spent over $350 on it.
