@evandrofilhobr This is in an 82 Y old critically diseased surgical reject after Rotablator and IVL for Napkin ring calcium , this case was nothing short of brilliant!The outcome of the V stent was confirmed by IVUS and was excellent, couldn’t have been better, i was actually hoping for SKS or V
