@InsuranceExpose I personally felt that IRDAI and Ombudsman are playing friends with insurance companies. I complained to both of them. One just drops an email to GRO, who sends a copy paste email. The ombudsman speaks on behalf of Insurance rather than the consumer. So it doesn't matter the %.

4/15 EXCLUSION CLAUSE TRAP: Supreme Court had to warn insurance companies that they can’t hide exclusion clauses and then reject claims. Think about it - the highest court had to FORCE them to be honest about what they won’t cover. This shouldn’t need a court order.
