Don’t use @InsureandGo travel insurance. They don’t cover losses due to civil unrest and hide the info on page 26 of their terms. Deceitful business practice.

@InsureandGo I was about to renew my travel insurance - which included the "adventurous" activities option - but discovered that it EXcludes "Cycle Touring" @London_Cycling may want to warn members to avoid Insure and Go travel insurance

@InsureandGo your customer & complaints handling is awful, you sell, renew & take payment but lack any empathy when assistance is needed by a policyholder. You broker the policy but deny any responsibility. You hide behind emails rather than call. DO BETTER, OFFER HELP!

@markskelin @InsureandGo Not in that respect but their response to my Mum’s travel claim has been awful. Distressing times with my father dying and 3 months on still being subject to delays due to incompetence. I would warn against anyone considering taking out travel insurance with them. Please avoid.

@InsureandGo I was told that you cannot amend to the date I requested!!! Basically anything to get out of it I think

@InsureandGo really hope i never have to claim from yourself if trying to amend the date on my policy is anything to go by. Can't change the date for someone who is currently ill then can't change to the date I request. Apparently will be dealt within 8 weeks we'll see!!!!!!

@AghFoto Good morning, Thank you for your message. To apply for a GHIC, you will need to provide your full name, address, date of birth and National Insurance number. According to the NHS website, you should then receive this within 15 working days. You can visit their site for more info

@InsureandGo Well You cannot request a free #GHIC card. You have to prove you exist and can legally be entitled to 1. Evidence of proof is not enough they keep asking for more and more.
