All we ask is that you are friendly, interested in mental health, a good listener, and available on Thursday mornings (11am - 12.30pm) at least three times over a 12-week period.

Come along to The Intact Centre today (Thurs 30th March) 11.30 am - 1.30 pm for a hot meal and a warm welcome.
As always this is a pay-as-you-feel event, where food is FREE. Donations are welcome but not required, just come along and have a lovely time!
