@InteGralzfn yeah that’s exactly what i mean, that if want to progress and go with the 27.5’s in my next workout let’s say, i get the weight on my knees and can’t push the weight to get my first rep which makes no sense because i can get 12 with 25’s idk if u get what i mean ty though👍🏼

@mhtsaqos no need to do that many reps try 6-8 rep range and start with light weights. for example warmup no weight,10 first for 8, 15 for 8, 22,5 for 8 or 6, 27,5 for 4-6 for progressive overload. in my opinion doing more than 8 you pre-exshaust the muscle that’s why you can’t do more

@sam_gzstrength Yes, do have a decent gym and train most days. But still searching for the right coach whether remote or in person. Remotes haven’t had great form feedback. In-person haven’t been powerlifting specialists.
