Can’t believe it’s already been 3 years to the day that my friends and I helped make the VCT Americas Community. I’ve made some lifelong friends from going to the games over the years and our community has grown so much over that time. It’s truly been a blast being in this community these past couple of years. It’s crazy to think that this community has turned into one of the largest Valorant In Person communities ever. I’m really proud of how much we’ve grown over this time. As our discord server has passed 875+ members and our Twitter account has almost hit 1,000 followers. Crazy. Additionally I just wanted to thank everyone one of you that’s even somewhat been active in the community. From just talking in one of our VC’s, to even helping manage the hosting of our In person NRG Castle watch parties we did last year and any other collabs we did with other VCTA orgs. Here’s to a bigger and even better next couple of years growing this amazing community! 🫶

Instead of NA fans being mad at the Brazilian team and Brazilian fans being mad at the NA team, everyone should be mad that in 2026 in a multi-million dollar esport we are still having incredibly important tournaments completely ruined by technical issues. The teams and players invest hundreds of hours and many thousands of dollars for one shot to make their dreams come true and all of that effort is being thrown away because not enough time and care is being taken to ensure that things like this don't happen. Flaming either team is such a stupid use of your anger when neither team should have been in this situation to begin with. The pressure should be directed towards ensuring this stuff cannot happen again. Companies, Orgs AND players are going to be justifiably hesitant to invest their time and money into Valorant if that investment can just go up in flames due to bad quality control.
