In the aftermath of a disaster, survivors may experience distress and anxiety about their safety, health, and recovery. The Crisis Counseling Program (CCP) is a free, confidential resource providing emotional support and resources. Call (512) 472-4357 at any time of day or night.

💡 Did You Know? Depression affects both the brain and the body, making it harder to recover from medical illnesses, but it is highly treatable. 54% of adults with depression show an improvement in symptoms after taking medication and 62% show improvement after receiving therapy.

A new home for Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) Services is coming soon! Beginning March 23, 2026, Integral Care will provide IDD, mental health, and wellness services at the St. John Clinic (6937 N. IH‑35) Monday–Friday from 8am–5pm.

Features include: onsite staffing 24 hours a day, a food pantry, onsite laundry facility, outdoor green space with a dog walk, and community room.

Seabrook Square II will be an apartment community of 60 fully furnished, single occupancy efficiency apartments. It's a unique community providing permanent supportive housing to people experiencing homelessness in our county, modeled after other successful national programs.

@statesman Last year, our Terrace at Oak Springs pantry alone served approximately 80 households each week with fresh produce, proteins, and essential items, helping residents better manage chronic illness, stay engaged in services, and remain stably housed.

The @statesman recently highlighted how local health organizations are addressing food insecurity as a core part of whole-person health. At Integral Care, our food pantries play a key role in supporting the health of those living in our permanent supportive housing communities.
