* Though Kanako was a bit disappointed that Clover still hadn’t decided yet, especially since it had been at least a year since the barrier had been broken, she didn’t blame them for their indecisiveness at all.

* Kanako nodded before leaving the arcade with Clover, walking right beside them. * Thankfully, there was still plenty of time before sunset, so Kanako didn’t need to head back home just yet.

* Kanako gave them a small nod.

* Kanako put one of hands on her hips before pointing at Clover, her expression determined.

* She gave a small huff before turning towards Clover, a tiny bit pouty.

* She was doing…surprisingly well. A lot better than her last attempt at the very least. She was racking up a lot of points as she shot target after target. * In the end, while she came almost dangerously close, she was unable to beat Clover’s best…but surprisingly got 2nd!

* The prospect of being able to practice with Clover’s gun for a bit made her excited, her soft tail wagging. * But for now, as it was her turn to play the shooting game, a fire sparked in her eyes once again.

* Kanako giggled before giving them a bright smile.

* Though Clover may have failed to beat their high score, it was still better than Starlo’s best, who was now in 4th, and way better than Kanako’s best, who was now in 5th. * Clover’s best remained at the top, still undefeated.

* Once the final boss appeared, Kanako’s hands began to move quickly as she dodged oncoming attacks while firing her own. * After a few more intense minutes, Kanako soon succeeded. There wasn’t really much of an ending as it just said “Sadness eliminated!” but she still cheered.

* Right, that decree the former king made…Thankfully Clover didn’t need to worry about that anymore. * Kanako watched in awe as Clover racked up tons of points. As much as Kanako wanted to beat them, she couldn’t help but cheer for them. They were close friends after all.

* Thankfully for Clover, their destination wasn’t very far. * The game in question appeared to be a traditional western first person shooter where you shoot targets for points, complete with a gun shaped controller. * In other words, it was right up Clover’s alley.

* Though she was too focused on the game to turn in their direction, Kanako did reply.

* A fire sparked in Kanako’s eyes. She was becoming more determined than ever to get to the top of the leaderboard.

* Kanako let out a smile giggle.

* Kanako let out a surprised gasp before quickly turning around. Her expression immediately turned happy and her soft tail wagged upon seeing Clover.

* Upon closer inspection, the game Kanako was playing seemed to be Mew Mew Love Blaster. * If Clover played it while they were in the underground, then they likely knew it well. * After a few more minutes of intense gaming, Kanako finally let out a cheer.
