This is Dr. Robert Lustig. His viral lecture “Sugar: The Bitter Truth” was banned from many schools and hospitals. Why? Because it exposed how Coca-Cola, Pepsi & cereal giants damages your metabolism. Purposely. Here’s what he revealed and why it still matters today: In 2009, Dr. Lustig dropped a metabolic bomb: Fructose is poison. Not metaphorically, but biochemically. The crazier part is that, In 1977, the U.S. government issued low-fat dietary guidelines, without understanding that when fat goes down, sugar goes up. Big Food complied. He’s a pediatric endocrinologist who treated obese children not because they ate too much but because their biochemistry was broken. And sugar was the match. The backlash was instant.
