@InterConHotels Have a reservation for next week that has been impossible to cancel over the last month of trying.. IHG gets an error (same error I am getting) and when I call the hotel they do not show a reservation. The amount of effort and time to cancel a hotel room is wild

@InterConHotels Sorry to bother you with "MY" problems. It sounds like you have too many customers. What do you need from me to delete my account? With this level of service you certainly don't need my business. I'll tell my employer that you refuse to supply a folio.

@InterConHotels your customer service is atrocious! I was a loyal member until this incident #CrackpipeRoom @ the Blount Island Holiday Inn Express. The room wasn't safe for occupation, nor was it clean! No recompense was made- personnel blatantly lied to you about everything.
