@InterConHotels MSP terribly experience with suite booking and misrepresentations of late check out. Story changed 4 times. Perhaps work on people being simply being honest about it at booking and front desk staff being nice. WORTH IT TO GO OFF SITE. BIZ travelers BEWARE. Manager literally hung up

Disappointed in @InterConHotels security! Placed my long winter jacket on a rack provided by hotel to an event organizer. Security claims saw me place jacket on the rack but did NOT seen anyone take it! And its insurance co passed the $! Other places in NYC to hold an event!👎

@InterConHotels Not a great experience at Phu Quoc property - made to wait 3hrs (after an overnight flight) in the lounge but like a bureaucracy refused to give room before 3pm deadline. Hotels are about hospitality - seems to have been forgotten @IHGOneRewards @IHGhotels

@InterConHotels in San Francisco that has the famous top of the Mark restaurant, they have a $35 resort fee. When I called and asked what I would get for my resort fee, as a diamond elite member, they said I would have access to the gym and there’s free coffee in the lobby. I said well if it’s free coffee, then it’s not really something I should be charged for to begin with. Secondly, I don’t want to use the gym. They had no answer.

Who is the criminal mastermind who came up with the “resort fee”? Brilliant scam.
