@InterConHotels I called the hotel I wanted to stay at, got transferred to an offsite call center, and your agent booked my parents at the wrong hotel. How many are connected to the Cleveland Clinic? Nice bait and switch to charge a higher rate at check in. Shameful!

@UnaTalAri ¡Hola! Se permite un máximo de 2 mascotas en cada habitación. No se permiten mascotas en ningún restaurante o centro de consumo del Hotel. Al moverse por las áreas públicas del Lobby del hotel, la mascota siempre debe llevar correa.

@InterConHotels I recently stayed at your Toronto location. I checked in on my actual birthday and I was a little disappointed it wasn’t acknowledged. This would be a very easy and appreciated customer service touch. Just food for thought.
