Big thanks to @InterfloraUK for cancelling my Mother’s Day order at 12.30 yesterday. This despite knowing it’s their busiest day of the year and despite me ordering a good 3 weeks ago. Happy Mother’s Day to all mothers!! #useless #buylocal

@InterfloraUK Done that got no where Most incompetent company I have ever dealt with Ordered Mothers Day flowers, cancelled less than 24 hours before Mother’s Day Was told complimentary flowers would be sent Tuesday, they got cancelled. Now saying you don’t deliver to the area!! Unreal

@InterfloraHelp Hi, my wife ordered flowers for my mum for Mother’s Day through Four seasons in Rosemount Aberdeen Scotland to be delivered to my mum in Spain. Last year they went to the wrong address and this year they’ve just not been delivered !! Four seasons have said they have confirmation of delivery from interflora in Spain. I can assure you they were not delivered. Mother’s Day ruined, thanks.

Hi @InterfloraUK I ordered my mum flowers which were supposed to be delivered on Thu. I was notified they had been delivered on my account, but they have not: my mum is housebound. I have had very little communication despite being assured I would #ripoff #Interflora

Shame on @InterfloraUK sending flowers on Mother's day which smell like rotten eggs or rotten flowers. I do not recommend Interflora!!

@InterfloraUK - just received a planter gift for Mother’s Day. Not one plant was still in the planter - 75% of the soil was in the bottom of the box - it certainly hadn’t been handled with care by DPD - so disappointing!
