@Internshala WORST SERVICE EVER. I applied through my startup for a premium plan to post for interns. They harassed and made multiple calls for the payment for the premium posting plan. Once I paid they “reviewed” my posting. They asked for additional documents which I provided

Internshala is basically a glorified job board with a paywall for employers. The quality filter is zero, so you get flooded with unpaid or underpaid roles disguised as learning opportunities. Real internships come from networking, referrals, or applying directly to companies. Platforms like this just monetize desperation.
