During an eval for a cystgastrostomy for a large WON, we saw this vessel running right through it. Likely the splenic artery. #GITwitter #pancreas

@DrBloodandGuts @DrSaeeeed @MedtronicGI Very common question. EndoRotor collects pieces of tissue 4-5mm that are preserved and successfully evaluated. Here are a few examples from the pathologist’s view. EndoRotor addresses fibrotic/recurrent benign lesions in which en bloc would be more difficult and less necessary.

Traction provides efficiency and safety. Rectal polyp with fibrosis from previous attempt. ESD with @MedtronicGI ProdiGI wire. Compared to clip & RB technique it's easier application/removal & provides constant traction throughout the case but at a higher price #GITwitter #MedEd
