@wiicoin15 نظام التصريح للجمارك #ALCES يعتبر حاليا اجراء ضروري و لا استغناء عليه لانه يوفر الوقت و المال و الجهد و ينضم حركة المسافرين بسلاسة، ولهذا وجب على المسافرين التسجيل فيه و اعتباره اجراء أساسي للسفر مثله مثل اقتناء التذكر...ولهذا وجب على من لا يسجلون أنفسهم دفع حق تفتيشهم 1500دج 10$

@Intl_Mehdi Dévaluer le dinar pour satisfaire ceux qui veulent maximiser leurs euros ? La facture serait payée par ceux qui vivent en Algérie : Le vrai objectif est de ramener les transferts vers le circuit bancaire légal, pas d’aligner l’État sur le marché noir. Soyons lucide.

Dans tous les pays, même les plus capitalistes, les aides sociales sont ciblées et transférées au compte bancaire ou sur la carte individuelle ou familliale d'allocataires comme aux USA EBT Cards.

@wiicoin15 @Alg54Sam Je vous l'avez dit, cela reviendrait au meme. Il y'a plusieurs pays touristiques dont la Tunisie ou les TPEs ne sont pas disponibles partout. Il y'aura des abus comme avant, c'est juste un detour pour sortir le dinar tunisien ou autre devises des ATMS pour les changer en DZD.

@a_charmat @wiicoin15 I believe DZ banks do not have the technical expertise to limit what country‘s ATM the traveler will be using. I don’t see them say ie you can use Tunisian ATMs exclusively not Europ’s due to your trip itinerary, and frankly if they can pull it off! The black market rates 📈

@wiicoin15 No way ATM transactions are limited for this types of cards. The Algerian traveler who goes mainly to Tunisia wouldn’t be able to use the card everywhere, furthermore DZ issued cards have fees per transaction which are significant to its limited budget.

@Intl_Mehdi European ATMs cannot override the rules set by the Algerian issuing bank. If cash withdrawals are disabled or limited, the ATM will simply refuse the transaction.☺️
