Patrick Willis revolutionized the LB position. Together with NaVorro Bowman, he executed assignments that we simply hadn't seen from the second level. 2012 SNF game at New England, with Willis covering WRs in the slot at 240+ pounds, was special. The league has followed suit

I don’t think the importance of this record has sunk in yet. Brock Purdy, the LAST pick in the draft holds the single season 49ers passing yards record. And he leads the league in Yards Per Attempt. In his first full season as a starter. Coming off of surgery. UNREAL #FTTB
