@lizzsick@purriize@girlsontopdive Jump literary still charting top 15 on all Korean charts despite being released 7 months ego. 1.2B+ plus streams in Youtube music and spotify.Don’t bring unnecessary hates to your flop nugu group comparing giant group like BP.
How can BNP allow this charlatan to still be the President, He says Ziaur Rahman and Khaleda Zia destroyed the sprit of 71 Independence. If he's not removed in the first session of Parliament then BNP are cowards.
@revolt_71 Deep state engineered this results and 50% common uneducated public don’t even knows it.Other 50% knows it but cannot do anything for now.Tarek got free presidency so lets see how he manage this country for now.
@AdityaRajKaul You can eat cow dung and let Bangladeshi people decide what they want.No more fake 1971 garbage stories. New generation is well aware of everything.
Look at the audacity of Muhammad Yunus. Says, Today is the birth of new Bangladesh. After allowing Islamist radicals to erase memory of 1971 liberation and kill minority Hindus and ban Awami League, he wants to give new Islamist identity to Bangladesh. Radical in garb of liberal.
@TheDavidBergman No,government needs to be more strict with these Awami terrorist. The two Awami terrorist that killed Hadi in broad daylight got bail few months ego. After getting bail they immediately went into terror mode. They followed Hadi for few weeks than killed him precisely.
Amid everything that has unfolded recently in #Bangladesh—the killing of Hadi, the burning of The Daily Star/Prothom Alo, the return of Tarique Rahman, the death of Khaleda Zia, the NCP’s alliance with Jamaat, and the mounting drama surrounding the upcoming elections/referendum—one critical issue that has in recent weeks gone almost completely overlooked: the continuing and long-standing practice of arbitrary detention in Bangladesh’s prisons (continuing the practice that dominated the Awami League period)
Under the Yunus government, large numbers of people have been arrested and detained in connection with murder cases, primarily relating to the July 2024 killings, in the absence of any credible evidence - and without any investigation. Despite this, they are either unable to secure bail or are afraid even to apply for bail, knowing that the police may simply file new cases against them.
That the Yunus government has allowed this situation to persist is deeply troubling - indeed scandalous. That it now appears prepared to pass this unresolved injustice on to an incoming elected government is worse still.
Yunus and his government will no doubt get mixed reviews - some good, some bad. But, how it dealt with arbitrary detentions will remain (or at least should remain) a huge blot on it's - and Yunus's - reputation.
@irock818530@thervd There are hundreds of incidents where a Bengali or Bangladeshi individual got lynched by Indian extremist hindu goongs. Some of them got killed brutally and some got injured badly.Mustafizur also got excluded just bcz some extreme hindu goons gave ultimatum to BCCI.
Absolutely emphatically clear that the current India led ICC model is broken at source and needs to be scrapped. If that costs loads of $$$$ so be it. Game is too defective to protect at all costs.
@CallMeSheri1_ This all happened when India's puppet killer Hasina were in power. After the revolution everything changed.Bangladeshi people and govt don’t want anyone boycotting world cup just for us. They have their own free will so it’s up to them what they chose.
🚨 PAKISTAN SHOULD NOT BOYCOTT T20 WC BECAUSE OF BANGLADESH. 🚨
2012 – BCB committed to tour Pakistan, but later refused.
2014 – PCB asked BCB to vote against the Big Three, but they voted in favour of the Big Three.
2023 – PCB raised its voice against the revenue-sharing model, but no one supported them.
2025 – PCB fought alone to host the CT, BCB supported India again.
2025 – BCB refused to play in Faisalabad after the war & asked the PCB to move the series to the UAE. They showed a lot of tantrums over playing the T20I series.
The day Bangladesh reunites with the BCCI, they will again support India in all forms. PCB should not make this mistake, we’ve supported them enough.
@KaziMuhaimen@JonFDanilowicz In Bangladesh society implementing Sharia law is impossible.Majority of the people in this country wants to enjoy their own freedom as well as they are proud of their religion.Jamat also knows this very well and implementing sharia laws means isolting Bangladesh from whole world
Look I don't believe US or any other country can directly manipulate the elections, those are just fantasies as you said. What foreign powers can do is try to manipulate public opinion, but Bangladesh is not really that important to the US for it to try and do that. But what struck me is how the diplomat was so dismissive about the Sharia issue and the tone was that they were rooting for Jamaat to win. Look Jon we all know state have this idea, that by giving political Islam space, you can effectively corner extremist elements in the society.
It is ridiculous to believe there is any “secret alliance” between the U.S. and Bangladesh Jamaat Islami. The U.S. doesn’t take sides in Bangladesh’s elections. The U.S. enjoys longstanding ties with all political parties and will work with whoever wins the election.
