Gekker dan dit wordt het niet: de Belgische “miljonairstaks” is net verdubbeld van 0,15% naar 0,30% en er wordt al gepleit om een tweede miljonairstaks in te voeren.
In een interview stelt een partijvoorzitter dat er nood is aan een “zeer bescheiden bijdrage op alle financiële activa boven 1 miljoen euro, startend aan 0,30%.”
In realiteit bestaat deze belasting al: de effectentaks. Het gaat om een vermogensbelasting van 0,30% per jaar op effectenrekeningen vanaf 1 miljoen euro.
Was men dat even vergeten (journalist vraagt er ook niet naar) of wil men het toepassingsgebied van de bestaande taks uitbreiden en het tarief verhogen (voorstel is 0,60% vanaf €3M)?
De opeenvolging van nieuwe belastingen en beoogde tariefverhogingen gaat momenteel zo snel dat het moeilijk wordt om te kunnen volgen...
