02:57 📟 1st pump mobilised to a domestic property in the town to assist the Scottish ambulance service lift an elderly female who had fallen in her bathroom to the awaiting ambulance. 🚒🚑 #S30P6 #teamwork

06:47 📟 Both pumps mobilised to an automatic fire alarm at a nursing home in Alness, back up call to say a resident had pressed a call point, 2nd was returned and 1st pump proceeded to check out, minimising the road risk to other road users. #S30P6 #S30P7 🚒🚒

01:53 📟 2nd pump re-directed to an automatic fire alarm at a nursing home in Dornoch, alarm was caused by steam from a cleaning machine due to a deep clean. #S30P7 🚒

01:23 📟 2nd mobilised along side Tain to a smoke detector in a domestic property in Tain, tea towel left on top of a table lamp smouldering. Crew ventilated property. #S30P7 S29P6

Today we took delivery of our brand new Rescue pump which will be our 1st appliance S30P6., it comes fully kitted with state of the art rescue equipment. It wasn’t on the run long before we received our first shout in it this evening. Keep an eye out for us on the road. 🚒👌🏼

10 members of the community now more confident in what action to take should they be required to perform CPR👏 Thanks for attending and well done 👍🏻

Some extra curricular sporting activity recently for Invergordon crew! Last weekend we came out on top in the Alness Gala/Events Tug of War competition!💪🏽 🏆 Today we played in a football tournament organised by local Rugby Club. Pipped in the Final but happy to take 2nd!

09:20 📟 2nd pump mobilised to a mischievous kitten stuck up a tree near Delny. Crew used a 3 piece short extension ladder to safely recover the kitten. 🚒🐈 #S30P7

03:17 📟 2nd pump mobilised to a small fire in a garden which had spread to a fence at a domestic property in Alness, crew used a hose reel jet to extinguish the fire. 🚒 #S30P7

22:59 📟 Both pumps and one from Dingwall mobilised to a derelict community hall in the Milnafua area of Alness, building was well alight on arrival. Crews used 3 main jets and aerial ladder platform as a water tower to extinguish the fire. Building was 100% destroyed. 🚒🚒🚒🚒

23:35 📟 P6 & P7 mobilised to a smoke detector sounding in a domestic property in the town, on arrival it was discovered to be cooking left unattended, @Scotambservice were requested to check 46yo male for light smoke inhalation, Fire crew ventilated property.#S30P6 #S30P7
