@nduplessis If you do not feel comfortable providing your details to our trusted card deliveries partner you can request for your card to be delivered to the Sandton branch. Our reception staff will gladly assist you.

@Investec You’re having a third party call center phone your clients and asking them to provide PII “in order to prove their identity” Your own social engineering warnings literally advise clients NOT to do this

@FordMachangane Our team can only investigate disputes reported within 90 days from the date of purchase. Have you reached out to the event organisers directly with your order details to request the refund?

I just can't take it anymore - I spend more in lounge visits a month - my savings at Investec would be massive. Can't believe Private Wealth clients are happy with your system.

1/2 I've used @FNBSA for 14 years and have been a Private Wealth client on both current and credit for more than 5 years and I've reached my limit this morning. Their Lounge visits system for frequent business travellers is idiotic compared to @Investec and @Discovery_SA .

@SedikoR We have a different criteria for non degreed and self-employed individuals. If you are a non-qualified salaried individual with relevant experience, you need to be earning a minimum of R1m per year.
