Peter Obi may be personally good, but so far I have not seen any hint that he knows how to build a great team around him. I am not criticizing him. But he really seems to be a solo-player, and does not have that critical "person evaluation" skill. His most important hire right now should be that person who can see through people and really build a strong team. Not everyone has the same strengths or weaknesses, and he should plug his weaknesses with really strong people.

@SirJarus I fail at oral spoken English But have won any scholarship or exam that English was one of the subjects. If I put it on paper, it will touch you.

Sometime in 2003. We were in 200L in Ife. All students with CGPA above certain point ( 3.00? 3.50? 4.50?) were listed by the school to go write some scholarship test in Osogbo, the state capital. For FGN scholarship. I guess it was same across all federal umiversities at the time. Sitting beside me in the test hall in Osogbo was a classmate I respected so much. One of the highest graders in class. Typical Lagos buttie that attended top secondary school in Lagos and spoke flawless, smooth English. Better speaker of English. Contrast to a giran me that schooled in Offa and could hardly speak 3 sentences in English without gasping. Then I assumed spoken fluency meant she was better than me all-round in English. We shared seats in the scholarship test hall. We were to fill a personal information form in the test script. One of the required info was number of siblings. I filled "5". She oversaw what I filled and tried to correct me. "Why did you put 5 in siblings? Are you saying you have 5 children?" Poor Offa boy. Being corrected by a bespectacled, impeccable-English-speaking Lagos teenager (I was 21 in 2003, and sure I was 2 years older. Buttie children dey get fast education). "Oh, it is a mistake, thank you for the correction", I mumbled. A confused me canceled 5 and put 0. We completed the test and returned to campus in our buses. I still had doubts. I got to my room and picked up a dictionary. I was right with my interpretation of the meaning of siblings. And she was wrong. But I had doubted myself. I never imagined a world in which an Offa boy, product of a public school, would know the meaning of an English word that a top Lagos school product wouldn't know. Lack of confidence. Well, we both got the scholarship [I guess sibling count wasn't part of the decision info - or maybe the 0 even favoured me]. N40k credited into our respective accounts one year later when the FGN woke up again. Yes, I didn't miss out the scholarship opportunity due to that confidence howler. But that moment stayed with me forever. Spoken English is different from vocabulary depth.

@honestkushabush The hidden envy they have Almost as if it’s disbelief that we are still standing still fighting and remain the world’s biggest influence. The position we push through irritates them so it becomes low key resentment of our resilience which leads to them coveting our position

They have always hated us because we were THE ROYAL CLASS OF BLACK PEOPLE aka the KING AND QUEENS of THE WORLD. The Real Royal Family. An they have always felt GOD favored us over them. So everyone team up against us, created religions, and murdered or relocated the Black Royal families until we finally had our own land again that being America. It was the indigenous Africans and Europeans who forced us to leave ISRAEL AND EGYPT before they took over our Kingdoms. Which we later rebuilt in America, including our American pyramids identical to those we created in EGYPT, CHINA and many other locations.

@Mikeliberation Masturbating in marriage leads to sexual non fulfillment of spouse. When your spouse is constantly fantasizing and giving you half baked sex Ask yourself a simple question, is that how you want to experience the rest of your life If no, divorce immediately Thats cheating

My wife still masturbates after 35 minutes of penetrative s£x. My co-worker told me last week that he’s getting tired of his marriage because he finds his wife difficult to satisfy s£xually. After f0replay and about 35 minutes of penetration, she lies beside him and still masturbates. He said he’s not really bothered about the act itself, but about how long she takes. According to him, she continues for about 20 minutes even after they’ve had s£x. I asked if they ever discussed s£x while they were dating, and he said that anytime he brought it up, she would ignore it and say it was a worldly matter. But now that they’re married, he’s seeing a completely different side of her. I told him not to consider divorce because of this—that he might just need to put in more effort in the bedroom. But another colleague overheard us and said if it were him, he wouldn’t tolerate it at all. Now it got me thinking, is this really a problem—or just a lack of understanding between two people who never had the right conversations before marriage?
