“What a privilege it is to be tired from the work you once prayed for. What a privilege to feel overwhelmed by the growth you used to dream about. What a privilege to be challenged by a life you built on purpose. What a privilege to outgrow the things you once settled for.”

Name me a better carnivore breakfast than a freshly made burger with a fried egg, melted goat’s milk cheese, and crispy bacon. I’ll wait.🫵😘

@AULaw24 @TheProjectUnity Actually there should be something resembling a master builders guild, a bit different from what came to be later an architect. Example would be the Renaissance with Brunelleschi's work. Someone that could draw, sculpt, inovate building solutions, urbanist views, world view...

10 Tips on How Not to F*ck Up Your Carnivore Diet While Traveling😘 Traveling doesn’t have to derail your carnivore lifestyle. With a little planning and realistic expectations, you can stay consistent whether you’re flying internationally, taking a road trip, or eating out. Here are practical tips to make carnivore travel simple and stress-free. 1. Plan Ahead — Domestic or International Preparation is everything. Research the food culture of the country or city you’re visiting before you leave. Learn what meats are commonly available and how restaurants typically serve them. Most places around the world offer meat-based dishes — you just need to know what to look for. 2. Pack Travel-Friendly Carnivore Foods Choose foods that don’t require refrigeration and travel well: •Beef sticks •Beef jerky (store-bought or homemade) •Individually wrapped cheese (like mini rounds), salami. •Shelf-stable beef brisket packages (like Hereford brand) etc •Butter •Homemade beef meatballs or patties (yes, homemade food is allowed on airplanes) Avoid bringing boiled eggs on airplanes — the smell isn’t pleasant for other passengers. Sardines are also risky; one oil spill in your pants or bag can ruin the trip. 3. Consider Fasting During Flights For international flights, fasting can actually make travel easier. Many carnivores find that sticking to coffee, water, and occasionally butter helps reduce jet lag and maintain energy levels. Digestion requires energy — sometimes eating less makes travel smoother. I personally fast for all international flights. 4. Bring an Empty Water Bottle Carry an empty reusable bottle through security and ask a flight attendant to fill it during the flight. This helps you stay hydrated without waiting for drink service, especially on long flights. 5. Europe Is Surprisingly Carnivore-Friendly If you’re traveling to Europe, you’ll likely have plenty of options. Countries like Spain, France, Germany, and Switzerland offer excellent meat selections, and almost every restaurant has meat dishes on the menu. 6. Airport Food Options Are Limited — Keep It Simple Airports usually aren’t ideal for carnivore eating. When options are limited, stick to basics like coffee, cappuccino, or cured meats such as jamón when available. Some airports have steak houses and breakfast places with eggs and bacon options. 7. Road Trips: Bring Small Cooking Appliances If you’re traveling by car, consider packing compact appliances such as: •A mini electric skillet •A portable air fryer These make it easy to cook fresh meat wherever you stay. 8. Choose Airbnb or Places with a Kitchen The easiest way to stay consistent is booking accommodations with a kitchen. Having access to cookware allows you to prepare simple meals and maintain your routine. 9. Buy Food at Your Destination There’s no need to pack all your food from home. Most destinations have grocery stores where you can buy fresh meat and eggs upon arrival. This keeps your luggage lighter and your meals fresher. 10. Research Chain Restaurants in Advance When eating out, many chain restaurants offer carnivore-friendly options. Steakhouses and burger places are usually reliable since you can order meat without sides. Steaks, burger patties, and grilled meats are almost always available if you ask. Outback Steakhouse, Cracker Barrel, IHOP, Texas Roadhouse, Fogo de Chão, Korean all-you-can-eat BBQ, McDonald’s, or Wendy’s. Final Thought Travel doesn’t have to interrupt your carnivore diet. With planning, simple food choices, and flexibility, you can stay consistent anywhere in the world — and often feel even better while traveling.

The ERASURE of Australian culture history, art & personalities has been actively & diabolically engineered. I came to this Country in 1992 I promoted Australia in the UK working for Aus Travel. I worked on one of its most popular & successful soap operas, I attended award shows, openings & appeared on multiple magazine covers. But I & the show I appeared on were cancelled. Cancelled because we represented an Australia that they are murdering. Type into your search engine; Nicola Charles at the Melbourne Cup NOTHING. ZERO. I DON'T EXIST. Nicola Charles at the Logie Awards NOTHING. ZERO. I DON'T EXIST. Nicola Charles at the opening of Crown Casino NOTHING. ZERO. I DON'T EXIST. Nicola.Charles on the cover of the Herald Sun NOTHING. ZERO. I DON'T EXIST. Nicola.Charles on the cover of TV Week NOTHING. ZERO. I DON'T. EXIST. My last HERALD SUN cover was in 2020 This isn't about me & my Australian journey. There is so much that has been erased culturally that we have not noticed disappearing. Why? See post on Anthony Albanese & understand what #Labor are doing. They stole your Country with smiles on their faces.

I shouldn’t be posting ugly dishes here, but ground beef, salt, and melted burrata cheese over the meat is really delicious.😍

4 items I can’t imagine being without on the carnivore diet😘 1. Meat masher – $5 investment; mashes ground beef in seconds. 2. Electric food warmer – no more stinky, toxic public microwaves. 3. Air fryer (Ninja Crisp) – deserves a Nobel Prize. 5-star restaurant steak every morning in 10 minutes. 4. Water pick – meat is amazing, but not when it’s stuck between your teeth.
