It’s okay to set boundaries to protect your well-being.

Did you know that excessive sweating is common in people with fibromyalgia? This could be because of our autonomic nervous system dysfunction. Heat sensitivity, side effects from antidepressants, anxiety or medication side effects. Some of us sweat so bad it'll make us feel like we have a fever. This is called autonomic autonomic dysfunction that is an almond sized spot in the brain that controls our sleep, sweat, bowel movements & other bodily functions. This can also cause excessive sweating.
