BREAKING: @BlackRock is in major trouble 👇 Today, a seismic shift has happened in the antitrust case brought against the ESG asset manager cartel of @BlackRock, @StateStreet, and @Vanguard_Group. @Vanguard_Group is admitting defeat, agreeing to settle the lawsuit brought by a coalition of State Attorneys General, led by @KenPaxtonTX. As part of the settlement they will pay $30 million in fines, turn over all documents related to their coordinated ESG activism, and end all ESG activism for years to come. This is a massive win. The reckoning is here. This settlement with Vanguard is a major blow to the ESG asset manager cartel that sets the stage for more to come. The Attorneys General sought and got long overdue accountability and a massive course correction from Vanguard. BlackRock CEO Larry Fink should be extremely worried about what could be uncovered next, and who's going to fold next. If State Street folds and admits defeat as well, he will be left on an island on his own.

@InvitationHomes Current resident BTW!!! Asked to lease transfer and there were squatters in the home. Home removed from market for weeks, back up now at a lower price. Your "leasing specialist" here in my area just had me put my 60 days in with no help getting us a transfer.

@InvitationHomes Also BEWARE, Invitation homes does not have an end of lease transfer. They make you put in your 60 days, and only give you 14 days before end of lease to find a new home and apply as if you were a NEW RESIDENT. This is unfriendly tactics to keep residents!!!

Charged landscaping fees I wasn’t responsible for. When I paid rent minus the disputed charges, PM rejected my payment and added late fees. No response by phone/email. Drove 45 min to the office, told it wasn’t open yet watched a white person be let in. @InvitationHomes

@InvitationHomes was able to disable our #GwinnettWater account and put it in their name without our knowledge. Invitation Homes has now also altered our monthly payment and none of this was in our lease signed last May. They are shady. @GwinnettGov @GwinnettDaily #Landlord

I cannot understand how @InvitationHomes can disable and take over our Gwinnett Water bill without our knowledge.They also have now added charges to our rent that do not match our signed lease agreement. @GwinnettGov needs to look into their practices.Very shady. @GwinnettDaily
