Everyone says: ‘If you’re not Sinn Féin, you must be FF/FG’ — but that’s not how it works. A lot of us aren’t backing any of the Government parties. Not calling for chaos, but there’s a real gap in Irish politics for a proper alternative voice. Anyone else feel that? 🤔

No matter which country you live in, or who your president or prime minister is, if your country is in the EU, then your leaders don’t decide anything - all decisions are made in Brussels. If your country allows the influence of Soros and the Rothschilds, it further proves that the occupation is in full swing and that a direct war is being waged against you. Now you tell me - can a country break out of occupation and win that kind of struggle through elections, or are there other ways to save your people and your country? If you want to live, the EU must be abolished, all leaders of the occupying system must be held accountable, and everything must be returned to the hands of the people. It’s that simple.

This is exactly how people are being misled, they blur the line between legal and lawful and most people do not even realise it. They create Acts and regulations themselves, like the Garda Síochána Act 2005, and then present them as if they carry the same authority as the Constitution. They don't. One comes from politicians, the other comes from the People. The Constitution is the supreme law, it sets the limits. It does not give them free rein to write whatever they like and then call it constitutional. But what they do is build layers of legislation, enforce it, and then speak as if it is automatically valid because it is law. That is the deception. Legal just means it has been written and passed through their system. Lawful means it is consistent with the Constitution and the sovereignty of the People under Articles 1 and 6. Those are not the same thing. They rely on the fact that most people will not challenge it, so the system runs on presumption. So when they say something is rooted in the Constitution, what they really mean is they have built it under their legal framework and expect you to accept it as lawful without question. That is where the line gets blurred and that is how control is maintained, through language and assumption rather than clear constitutional authority. It's time to know the difference between lawful and legalese.

There are claims of members of the PSNI (Police Service of Northern Ireland) being involved in clearing the protests. A PSNI officer cannot simply "come down" and join the Garda Public Order Unit (the "riot squad") in the Republic of Ireland and start exercising police powers. They have no automatic police powers in the Republic of Ireland. A PSNI officer operating south of the border would generally be treated as a civilian for the purpose of law enforcement. They cannot arrest people, use force in an official capacity, issue directions under the Public Order Act, or wear Garda riot gear with authority. There is no routine legal mechanism allowing PSNI officers to join Garda operations in a public order/riot policing role inside the Republic. There are no formal secondment or joint operation for protests Cross-border cooperation between Gardaí and PSNI exists (e.g., Joint Agency Task Force for organised crime, intelligence sharing, joint checkpoints near the border, or the 2025–2027 Cross-Border Policing Strategy). However, these are limited to criminal investigations, not domestic protest policing inside the Republic. There is currently no law that allows PSNI officers to be deployed as public order support for fuel protests, blockades, or similar events in the South. Under the Policing, Security and Community Safety Act 2024, limited secondments are possible between Gardaí and PSNI. When a PSNI officer is seconded to Gardaí, they do not exercise police powers in the Republic. They report to the Garda chain of command but remain PSNI members without operational authority. The same applies in reverse. This is mainly for training, liaison, or specialist roles not for frontline riot squad duties during protests. So bottom line a PSNI office has no legal right to put a hand on your person if they are at a protest they are there illegally. Yet a Sligo Councillor claims that members of the PSNI were brought in to police fuel demonstrations in parts of the Country over the weekend The claims from Councillor Michael Clarke come as another week of protests is underway. Cllr Clarke says it it was emotional to watch the events of the weekend unfold. He says neither Gardaí nor the protestors want this situation to continue
