fun fact:
sunoo and jay didn’t really get the chance to interact during I-LAND part 1. that's because when sunoo went to the ground, jay stayed in iland. when sunoo went to iland, jay went to ground. when sunoo went to the ground again, jay went up to iland. part 1 ended with sunoo still in the ground and jay in iland.😆
according to sunoo, they only became close when they were finally placed in the same group which is the “dive into you” team, where jay was the leader. even though they hadn’t interacted much before, jay already recognized sunoo’s talent which the reason why he gave him the part 2 where he could showcase his vocals the most.
and you know what’s funny? despite barely knowing each other before, they became close so quickly. they were already hugging each other so comfortably. jay even picked Sunoo as a trainee who he wanted to be his younger brother 🥹
from then until now, Jay has always treated sunoo the same way. he’s still the one sunoo feels most comfortable opening up to without feeling embarrassed or uneasy.
that’s why it’s not surprising at all that jay is sunoo’s favorite member!!! 🥹

He left and the six stayed. He's busy with his solo debut and the other six are preparing for their concert. If you want to support him, then go. No one's stopping you. BUT give the members who stayed a break. Stop ruining the group that they are trying to make work and continue.
