The Cedar Rapids Police Department has released body-camera and building-security footage showing events leading up to two arrests outside a DHS and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility on July 7, 2026.
Police said individuals interfered with federal employees and vehicles, refused lawful directions and resisted detention. Annya Mari and Scott Boylen were taken into custody after officers determined enforcement action was necessary. CRPD said officers used approved control techniques and that no injuries were reported.
