There’s a very weird subset of people (casual players that don’t want to improve but also can’t handle losing) who wish that all competitive games were just rock paper scissors.

As I’ve gotten older I feel like I’ve gotten worse at small talk / don’t enjoy it anymore and it kinda feels like I just prefer being more blunt and honest even if others don’t like that

@CreColPro I really like the way you worded this. My life has had rapid change the last 2-3 years and re adjusting to that has taken some time. Maybe due to that I have a shorter fuse , and just want to be more straight forward.

@IppoDR Perfectly normal. I'm experiencing this too and it happens when you learn a lot of information in a short amount of time and have to also convey information just as quickly. It's part of understanding a bigger picture and knowing brutal honesty is kinder than inaccurate language.

@shenastyTCG Yeah that would make sense too. A lot of rapid changes in my life over the last couple years. So that could definitely play a part. Currently feeling much less burn out right now then in a long time, so that bodes wells I think. Appreciate the insight!
