My heartfelt condolences go2the people of Plateau State, especially those who have lost their loved ones. May the Fulani bandits who are the perpetrators of this evil act never know peace. My thoughts and prayers are with the victims&their families during this painful time.🕊️💔🙏

“Let Men of God breathe” but they’re busy dining with the same politicians ruining the country? Please. You can’t build massive influence, tell people “pray about it” while things burn, and then suddenly remember you’re “just men of God” when it’s time to speak up.

Yes sir. They do not know or love the Lord. They are only concerned about the Industrialized Ministry. This was what Jesus slammed the Ephesus church for. They had a perfect “ministry” but had forgotten their first love, the reason for ministry. That is the only reason our minister can be this unbothered as the literal blood of their members are being shed.

There is a clear reason many church leaders are numb and insensitive towards the pain and anguish of persecuted Christians. It's very simple; They do not love Christ or His body. They only love their religious industries, so it's just about personal profit and interest. We have mastered the art of sending "prayer condolences" and the superficiality of offering occasional PR charity, where the social media budget supersedes the actual giving. If early Apostles were alive today, im sure that the current happenings in our country would have influenced their epistles, sermons, and public demeanor but we are no longer surprised to see chirch leaders share pictures advertising their happy meetings with the ungodly elites in societies as well as flaunting their wealth and "cursed blessings" hours and days after events that would have led to days of national mourning in any sane society. The Love for Christ and His body cannot be faked. For so many church leaders, it is simply not there. As long as "ministry is moving" who cares if the bloodshed lingers and the poor and vulnerable are afflicted? Expect "happy Sunday service pictures" and even "church party events" organised by people who dine with wicked kings but never sympathise with Christian commoners. I don't believe our preaching, prayers, and programs can change society. If they haven't changed the attitude and body language of our elite and famous preachers, how can they change the ungodly and unsaved? If those who stand behind the pulpit to "Christ", love, integrity, and righteousness are simply hirelings who are into the business of religious speech and "church empires", everything we do in the name of the Lord is actually service to self and to Satan the god of this world.

Bro.. It is painful.. You see, the day you fully understand that the same way we look at our secular careers is the same way a lot of FULL-TIME Pastors look at their pastoral journey, everything will make sense to you. Look at ALL the moves people make in their secular careers to optimize it; from forming alliances, to lobbying, to upskilling, to self-preservation, to playing to sunk-cost.. Then look at a lot of Pastors. They’re literally doing the same. At first, they begin with Jesus, genuinely. But somewhere along the line, it becomes, “Look at what we’ve built over the years, we have to protect it.. It is legacy”. More often than not, people measure their worth in life by their career accomplishments. A lot of Pastors are not left out. It doesn’t mean they don’t love God. But somewhere along the line, their calling has become a career, and careers cede to conventional dictates. They may talk about how silence connotes wisdom. But not every silence is wisdom. In this case, some silences are simply the price people pay to protect what they’ve built. There is a “man” before “man of God”.
