I was factual. Karmelo legally started the fight. You ever hear the phrase "talk shit get hit"? That's what happened. "Fighting words" are not constitutionally protected speech. While they must be factored in along with the entirety of the conduct per state code, it was successfully argued that reaching into a bag for the knife before he was ever pushed, refusing to leave when he was conducting criminal trespass (he was told to leave thirteen times) and saying "touch me and see what the f*ck happens" legally made him the aggressor despite not being the first to physically lay hands.
