Terrible news out of London today with the terror attack on the Jews outside of synagogue in Golders Green. This is a direct result of mainstreaming calls for violent extremism and the weak leadership that allows it to go unchecked. And let's not kid ourselves...NYC is not far behind London.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news here, but @SpeakerMenin bill does not actually create buffer zones to protect religious institutions. Her intentions were good, but this is not a win for Jewish New Yorkers. All this bill actually does is replace physical protection for Jewish institutions with paperwork and give politicians like Mamdani and Hochul ammunition to say they care about our safety, while doing nothing to protect us.

An 83-year-old war veteran was murdered at this subway station by an illegal migrant criminal. It's no wonder many of us no longer feel safe taking the subway. Supporting the deportation of criminal migrants should not be controversial.

War doesn't come with a pause button.

On Purim we dress up to remember that "evil" often masquerades as "good." This costume was way too easy. Tonight we celebrate our 2500-year-old story of Jewish resilience over enemies who sought to destroy us in what is now modern day Iran, as we are at war with the enemy in Iran who seeks our destruction! We are living through biblical times! G-d was with us then and He is with us now. As we will say in unison tonight, "So may all Your enemies perish, O Lord." AMEN! Happy Purim!

The parallels between the war in Iran and the Jewish holiday of Purim, we celebrate today, are uncanny. This has always been the story of the Jewish people. But to have the evil terrorist, who sought our destruction, taken out both 2200 years ago and again today, in the very same place in the world, is as much of the Hand of G-d as we could see.

When your party's only ideology is to be against whatever one person does, then you have no ideology. The war with Iran exposes just how hollow the principles of the Democratic Party have become.
