Lots of 🥇 for the cougars at the GSHS Invite. Distance boys ran NJ #19 8:25 in the 4x800 relay 4 the win, while in the throws Stevens placed 1st with a top 10 in the state PR, Waite placed top 6. Friedrich and Stevens had great showings in the 1600 & 3200 respectively. #Proud🏆

Darien tore his ACL at the end of the fall season, putting him out of 2021-2022 sport seasons. We decided we can’t just do nothing! So here we are, a top 5 finish at his first bodybuilding show at only 16! The comeback is in FACT always stronger than the setback🙏🏾 @CHSFB_cougars
