"Ali Amin Gandapur should petition the Supreme Court for permission to meet me. Earlier, during the budget process, no meetings or consultation took place with me. Ali Amin must come and brief me on governance, law and order, and other important provincial matters. For this, efforts must be made at every forum, including the Supreme Court. I emphasize once again that the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government must take a strong stand against the federal government’s military operations and drone strikes against our own citizens. During our tenure, peace had returned to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and the tribal areas, and not a single drone strike took place. Now, the situation is being deliberately worsened in order to weaken the only party with a genuine public mandate. Military operations are not the solution for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and the tribal areas. Their issues should be resolved through dialogue with the help of local representatives. Drone strikes and military operations only increase terrorism. These operations neither have the support of the people, nor of local representatives, nor of political parties. How can such operations ever succeed? I am ashamed of the treatment meted out to Afghan refugees. They are our Muslim brothers who had taken refuge here, and to expel them in such a humiliating manner is against both Islamic tradition and humanity. The recent sentences handed down by the Faisalabad court to 75 of our members and workers in yet another false case expose this oppressive system even further. We must all stand united against this tyranny. Victory will be our destiny when we resist together. In my opinion, contesting by-elections on the seats vacated through the false convictions in the May 9th cases would be tantamount to legitimizing these fabricated sentences. Therefore, the party should deliberate on this matter and present its final recommendations to me tomorrow. The seat of Hammad Azhar, however, has fallen vacant following the demise of Mian Azhar. We will contest the election on that seat. A grand rally will be held in Peshawar against the ongoing oppression and fascism across the country, the date of which will be announced by the party. Severe floods in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Gilgit-Baltistan have caused massive destruction, claiming hundreds of precious lives and affecting millions of people. It was for combatting such impacts of climate change that I initiated projects like the Billion Tree campaign. Only such projects can save our environment. “Asim Munir has an insatiable hunger for power, which is why he has imposed the worst form of dictatorship. Instead of demanding that I apologize, Asim Munir should apologize to me. The events of May 9th (2023) were orchestrated by the same person who stole the CCTV footage. At present, May 9th has become Asim Munir’s insurance policy. It is not a hybrid system that is in place in our country, but the dictatorship of Asim Munir. That is precisely why (President) Trump invited him instead of Shehbaz Sharif. In their extreme fascism and oppression, they continue to target non-political members of my family. My two nephews, Shahrez and Shershah Khan, have been abducted despite having no involvement in politics. My nephew Shahrez Khan, who is an excellent athlete, was forcibly taken away. I am being held in complete solitary confinement. Over a period of three months, I have been allowed only three meetings. Even meetings with my lawyers and family are blocked for months at a time. All of this is being done to pressure me. For the past eight months, my wife, Bushra Bibi, has also been held in solitary confinement. Such treatment of women is unprecedented in the history of Pakistan, not even under Yahya Khan. Faisal Vawda, who acts as a mouthpiece of the establishment, issued statements that Bushra Bibi would seek separation from me. She was pressured to do so, but she stood firmly by my side. Previously, when Asim Munir was removed from the post of DG ISI, he attempted to contact Bushra Bibi through Zulfi Bukhari, but she refused. That is why she is being subjected to such cruel treatment today. She is kept in solitary confinement under deplorable conditions, where she has suffered electric shocks and physical wounds. She is provided polluted water to use. Every form of cruelty is being inflicted upon her. Asim Munir is behind all this. He has neither morality nor an understanding of Islam. My message to him is this: no matter which member of my family you imprison to increase pressure on me, I will neither bow down nor accept this tyranny. I will continue my struggle for Haqeeqi Azadi (genuine freedom), no matter what. Asim Munir is doing to Pakistan what Mohsin Naqvi has done to cricket. The judiciary has been destroyed, the media silenced, and the police forced into actions that have criminalized the institution itself. Even during Yahya Khan’s era, such circumstances did not exist. The police are being used against the members of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), which has led to a rise in crime across the country. Unemployment is at its peak. The economy cannot be fixed by the SIFC, but through public confidence and the rule of law. Criminals have been imposed upon us, despite the fact that ISI had itself shared with me evidence of their corruption and money laundering. All cases against anyone who left PTI were immediately forgiven. Whenever dictatorship takes hold, it does so by colluding with judges. At present, due to shameless judges, the rule of law in Pakistan has completely collapsed. After the 26th Constitutional Amendment, the judiciary has become entirely subservient. These judges without a conscience do not take action against human rights violations. If our judges acted upon their conscience, provided justice to the people of Pakistan, and feared accountability before Allah on the Day of Judgment, then such tyranny would never have been possible. Despite this, you must not lose courage in any circumstances. You must stand steadfast in the face of this storm of oppression and brutality. Even while confined to a solitary confinement cell in this prison, I am fighting for the true freedom of my nation, and I will continue to stand firm until I free my people from the chains of slavery. The end of this night of oppression is near. God willing, the sun of justice and freedom will soon rise. The loss of precious human lives throughout the country due to the torrential rains and flooding is extremely tragic. Today UN has finally recognised the grave challenge confronting the world: of Islamophobia, respect for religious symbols & practices & of curtailing systematic hate speech & discrimination against Muslims. Next challenge is to ensure implementation of this landmark resolution.

La ilaha illallah (There is no God, but One) means freedom, and the Holy Quran designates the highest rank after (God’s) messengers to martyrs. The positions of Syed Hassan Nasrallah and Ismail Haniya are very high (in the eyes of God) as they sacrificed their lives in the defense of their countries. I would rather be martyred fighting for my country like Tipu Sultan, than die like Bahadur Shah Zafar. I have always prayed to God for a death like Tipu Sultan’s. God created man free. There is a famous quote by Rumi: “ When God has given you wings, why do you crawl like insects?” In Pakistan, at this time, the Gang of Three, along with PDM, have colluded to make every state institution their slave. The Supreme Court is the only institution left, and now they are trying to subjugate that as well through unconstitutional amendments. Pakistan has no rule of law anymore, and there is no accountability. The Gang of Three has broken every law to get extensions (in their tenure), the most (adverse) impact of which has been on the economy. All those in power now have their wealth stashed abroad, so they are mercilessly destroying the country’s institutions for their personal gain and power. My Pakistanis! All my efforts have been to liberate you, so now it is time that you break the shackles of fear and come out (for your rights). It’s time to Do or Die! I have made this sacrifice only for your liberty, so now is the time for you to think beyond your personal interests and come out at every call for protest for the sake of the country’s future. “میں عاصم منیر کو پیغام دینا چاہتا ہوں کہ ہم "لا الہ الا اللہ محمد رسول اللہ" کے ماننے والے ہیں۔ ہم نے عہد کیا ہے کہ ہم جب تک زندہ ہیں یزیدیت اور فرعونیت کے سامنے سر نہیں جھکائیں گے کیونکہ ہم اللہ کے سوا کسی بھی انسان کے آگے جھکنے کو شرک مانتے ہیں۔ مجھ پر اور بشرٰی بی بی پر جیل میں جو ذہنی تشدد ہو رہا ہے وہ عاصم منیر کروا رہا ہے اور اسکی وجہ صرف یہ ہے کہ ہم جھک جائیں یا ٹوٹ جائیں- جنرل یحیٰی خان کو فوج نے ملک چلانے کے لیے منتخب نہیں کیا تھا بلکہ اس نے فوج کا کندھا استعمال کر کے ڈکٹیٹر شپ کی اور ملک میں ظلم و جبر کا بازار گرم کیا۔ اپنے دس سالہ اقتدار کی لالچ میں اس نے ملک دو لخت کر دیا۔ آج عاصم منیر بھی اسی طرز پر فوج کا کندھا استعمال کر کے ملک میں لاقانونیت اور فسطائیت کا ماحول بنائے ہوئے ہے۔ عاصم منیر نے اپنے دس سالہ ناجائز اقتدار کے لیے کیا کچھ نہیں کیا۔ سب سے پہلے جمہوریت کا گلا دبوچا، نو مئی کا فالس فلیگ کر کے ملک کی سب سے بڑی سیاسی جماعت کو کچلا گیا، پھر 8 فروری کو انتخابات میں عوام نے جب تحریک انصاف کو بڑی تعداد میں ووٹ ڈالے اور تحریک انصاف نے کلین سویپ کیا تو اس مینڈیٹ کو بے شرمی سے چرا لیا گیا۔ عوام کا مینڈیٹ چرا کر سزا یافتہ لوگوں کو اقتدار دے دیا گیا۔ اس کے بعد عدلیہ کو مفلوج کیا گیا اور چھبیسویں ترمیم کے ذریعے ججز کے ہاتھ پاؤں باندھ دئیے گئے۔ عدلیہ کو سرکاری ادارے میں تبدیل کر دیا گیا ہے۔ تیسرے نمبر پر میڈیا کی آزادی پر قدغن لگا دی گئی ہے، آزاد میڈیا کا تصور پاکستان سے بالکل ختم ہو چکا ہے۔ نہایت مشکل سے پاکستان میں جیسی تیسی جمہوریت کے تسلسل سے یہ دو چیزیں، کسی حد تک خود مختار عدلیہ اور آزاد میڈیا تھا، مگر عاصم منیر کی وجہ سے ان دونوں کا خاتمہ ہو چکا ہے۔ ملک میں اس وقت جمہوریت معطل ہے، انسانی حقوق کی پامالی عروج پر ہے، عدلیہ غلام اور میڈیا خوفزدہ ہے۔ عاصم منیر جب سے چیف بنا ہے افغانستان کے ساتھ حالات خراب کرنے کی کوشش میں ہے۔ چیف بنتے ہی پہلے افغانستان کو دھمکیاں لگائیں، پھر تین نسلوں سے مقیم افغانیوں کو ملک سے دھکے دے کر باہر نکالا پھر وہاں ڈرون حملے کیے اور پوری کوشش کی کہ ان کو اکسا کر پاکستان سے جنگ کروائی جائے اور پاکستان میں دہشتگردی کا ماحول بنایا جا سکے تاکہ مغرب میں موجودہ افغان حکومت کی مخالف لابیز کو "مجاہد" بن کر دکھا سکے کہ میں ہی ہوں جو دہشتگردی کے خلاف جنگ لڑ سکتا ہوں۔ جبر کے اسی نظام کے باعث پاکستان میں اس وقت معیشت بھی تاریخی سست روی کا شکار ہے۔ بیرونی سرمایہ کاری بالکل صفر ہے۔ پاکستان کی تاریخ میں کبھی اتنی کم سرمایہ کاری نہیں آئی جتنی اس دور میں ہوئی۔ تین سال میں ملک پر قرضہ دگنا ہو چکا ہے۔ ہر پاکستانی اس وقت قرضے کی دلدل میں دھنسا ہوا ہے۔ جب تک ملک میں عوامی حکومت قائم نہیں ہو گی معاشی مسائل کا حل ممکن نہیں ہے۔ ملک میں اخلاقیات کا جو جنازہ اٹھا ہوا ہے اس کی بھی مثال تاریخ میں نہیں ملتی۔ جو کام جنگوں میں بھی نہیں ہوتے وہ یہاں عوام کے ساتھ کیے گئے ہیں۔ عورتوں کو سڑکوں پر گھسیٹا گیا ہے، بچوں کو اٹھا کر ہراساں کیا گیا، بزرگوں کا تقدس پامال کیا گیا ہے۔ کبھی کسی سیاستدان کے گھر کی غیر سیاسی خواتین کے ساتھ ایسا نہیں کیا گیا جو میری اہلیہ اور دیگر گھر والوں کے ساتھ کیا گیا ہے۔ جب ملک کا اقتدار ان چور لٹیروں کے ہاتھوں میں دے دیا جائے گا جن کی کرپشن کی داستانوں سے بچہ بچہ واقف ہے تو اخلاقیات ایسے ہی تباہ ہوں گی” سابق وزیراعظم عمران خان کی اڈیالہ جیل میں اہل خانہ سے گفتگو (17 ستمبر، 2025) 1/2
