The Rafi-nia Synagogue in Tehran served as a house of worship for Iranian Jews for many decades. It was destroyed today in an attack carried out by the Israeli criminals. Zionism –a supremacist ideology– seeks to eradicate authentic religiosity that opposes its genocidal agenda.

Remember the Western outrage about hostilities near Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant in Ukraine? Israel-U.S. have bombed our Bushehr plant four times now. Radioactive fallout will end life in GCC capitals, not Tehran. Attacks on our petrochemicals also convey real objectives.

Terrorist armies of the US/Israeli regimes at the behest of their criminal leaders are killing civilians and destroying civilian infrastructure in Iran. They are not only the enemy of Iranian nation but also humanity.

President of @EU_Commission misrepresents the obvious fact. It is illegal US/Israeli aggression that’s putting global economic stability at risk. Not Iran’s legitimate self-defence. EU’s ability to act as a credible advocate for diplomacy depends on an understanding of the facts.

Yesterday the @EUCouncil was at the zenith of its hypocrisy. Amid illegal and criminal US/Israeli aggression against Iran which has claimed the lives of thousands of Iranians, it rushed to extend sanctions against the people of Iran to ensure their rights are fully protected !

Iran respects the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and considers it a brotherly nation. Our operations are aimed at enemy aggressors who have no respect for Arabs or Iranians, nor can provide any security. Just look at what we did to their aerial command. High time to eject U.S. forces.

Today was one of the most horrifying days of my life as an academic. Walking through Iran University of Science and Technology, a top-ranked public university in Iran, I was struck by the devastation. Only last month, this campus was alive with students, bustling between classrooms. Now, parts of the campus lie in ruins, classrooms shattered, hallways choked with dust and shattered glass. I saw the offices of professors burned. A newly renovated building, where students gathered for programs, for socializing, for life, destructed. One student, tearfully, told me: “My professor’s office was still burning a little. That’s where I used to wait for office hours. To ask questions. To appeal my grade.” This is the same university that launched Iran’s Omid and Zafar 2 satellites, symbols of homegrown technological achievement. A week ago, one of its professors was assassinated. Yesterday, they bombed it. From sanctions to targeted killings, to the bombing of research centers and universities, there’s a clear pattern: de-development & de-industrialisation/ the systematic dismantling of a nation’s indigenous development, its industrial base, its capacity to stand on its own. We will never forget that as the American and Zionist war criminals blatantly target universities, schools, hospitals/ assassinating professors and killing children, and after 2 years or genocice, western intellectuals are still debating whether or not to pass a symbolic, non-enforceable BDS resolution. What the US and Israel are doing in Iran and Lebanon is depraved beyond imagination. Assassinating scientists, journalists and medics, bombing schools, universities and hospitals, attempting to destroy society itself... we are staring evil in the face.
