A while ago my mom told me I should do coaching. I told her "Would be great, but I want to have the experiences that can backup my knowledge." I've always had it in the back of my mind for more than 5 years until I decided to do it. I wore many hats before. (buckle up for the journey) After 2 years of starting and building in the same direction, I am glad I listened to my truth I didn’t rush anything. I do it from a place of clarity, by doing the inner work, overcoming the challenges and the battles that came up for me, Because I've already chose my path. It didn’t take me long to learn it, but to master it, to have the clear map, So I can pass it on confidently and clearly. Your truth can’t fail you, even if the circumstances look like a ton of unbearable stuff. Building a strong self-concept changed my life to 180. Literally. Reality can only show you who you are. You tell yourself stories about everything, daily. Change your stories, change your life. It sounds simple. But is not easy when you face the adversity your old identity throws at you when you do this type of level up. If it would be easy, everyone would do it and call it a day. I've been through the ringer for the love of it, because I just knew it would get me somewhere worthwhile in the long run. I did it throughout years, so I can teach what I've learned in 30 days now. You’re probably wondering what this mindset got me through the past years. In my early twenties I wanted to become a an artist and play the finest underground music, to DJ for crowds of hundreds, even thousands. I didn’t have any connections, the actual skill, players, or music at that time. I was working a job that was far from what I wanted just to have my basics covered. But I kept focusing on the end result day by day. I was focusing on my new life in my mind, it was fueling me to move forward at that time. The only thing I was doing was to go out in the places where I wanted to play, and studying the music for hundreds of hours. I was consistent and determined. Nothing was happening until, One day it clicked. I started to meet the right people, got to have players, mixers and everything at my disposal to learn the skill. In less than 3 months after this I got my first gig. Coincidence? Absolutely. Just kidding. I played for almost 4 years for crowds up to 500-1000 people, got amazing connections, amazing gigs which I am thankful for how beautifully everything played out. Everything conformed in my favor: people, things, situations. Because I decided who I am and I persisted in my vision long enough. Persistence always fulfills itself. The reason I stopped it was just my calling to change the path, improve my lifestyle, although I still love music. I felt there is something more for me - and here I am. Leading my authentic, purposeful business which I always dreamed of (yes, even when I was playing music I had this inner knowing about it). No, I didn’t get from DJ-ing straight to coaching. I've had two other types of online businesses before (affiliate marketing and Print-On-Demand). I've been a closer for High-Ticket online products and services. But I felt unfulfilled and everything redirected me towards what I do now. You can create anything you want in your life if you change your identity to match the new reality. This is the whole point of the story. Reality creation is identity selection. What I called into my reality was not coincidence, But was the ability to align with these new realities. I used everything I teach to completely change my thinking. The things that I envisioned for myself for months, or even years, came to pass in weeks, When I was fully in alignment with it. Because your reality is just your mirror. You have to change first, so it can show you exactly what you want. It’s not wishful thinking, praying, or hoping. It’s knowing who you are, deciding your truth, and being stable in the new state of consciousness (identity), so reality can match it. When you choose to live your truth, everything in your life has to support you. Because that’s the most empowered state of being you can be in. That’s why I stand by what I teach. I condensed all of this in my 4 Steps Formula, which I wrote more about the science behind it, And how it can help in your business and personal brand for: - Empowered Selling - Subconscious Reprogramming for Success - Abundance Mindset Activation - Embodying Your New Identity All have self-concept work as foundation. Drop me a DM or comment with "shift like a pro", and I'll send it to you for free. Thank you for reading, @Irealice xo

@ruthblooming So well said, too many oportunities are just disguised distractions. If you know where you are going, If it does’t align, you have to let it pass.

Not every opportunity deserves a yes. Some are distractions that look like progress. Before you decide, run it through this: • Clarity — do I understand what this really is? • Capacity — do I have the time, energy, and space for it? • Calling — does this actually move me where I’m meant to go? If it passes all three, proceed. If not, let it go before it pulls you off course.

I caught up with an old friend from university yesterday. We haven't talked in 3 years. He's still at the same job. Same complaints. Same "I'll start something eventually". I didn't judge him. But it hit me how much I've changed. 3 years ago - We were in the same spot. Now we're living completely different lives. That's all it takes. One decision to actually START instead of staying comfortable. I'm grateful I made that choice. Even when it was scary as hell.

Week days lately: wake up at 5 AM work get home eat get ready for next day post content sleep Weekend days: work on Sat sleep relax on Sunday work on myself work on my business do something nice for myself take care of administrative stuff. The work that I am doing and the apparent small steps I take Always lead in the direction that I chose to. Which is living my purpose, being financially free and secure, And live my best life as I want it to be. I got everything that I wanted plus more every time, And so it is now, and again, and again. Because I know who I am. And my reality has to bend to my will. It always rearranges based on my identity. Who are you being today ?

When you embody the successful version of yourself, You stop trying to force your success. When you start fixing the root cause, Everything else has to shift to match your new identity. The root cause is always your self-concept. What do you think about yourself? How do you see success? What experiences have you let to define you? Subconscious fears or negative patterns have everything to do with your current 'blocks'. They are so deeply embedded that you don’t even recognize them. When you learn to build a new stable foundation, The old patterns that drive your life have to crumble and will no longer affect you. After you to the inner work. You can change the outside of you, Until you have done the changes within first.

If you'd know that what you want is inevitable, Would you stress or worry? Because when you know how your mind and reality creation works, What you want is inevitable in your reality. I always remind myself of this fact when it seems like nothing is happening. There is no such thing. Things do not happen 'outside of you'. You just give the meaning of a projection that appears so based on your past assumptions. One of the best skills to learn and master: To redirect your attention towards what you prefer no matter what you see. Until you see what you prefer.

If you’re carrying shame for everything that didn’t work… Read this. That launch that fell flat? That idea that quietly died? That stretch where effort didn’t turn into traction? It wasn’t wasted. You weren’t failing. You were inside a process. Growth doesn’t always look like results. Sometimes it looks like: * Building resilience in the silence * Rewriting how you define success * Discovering what can’t sustain you Stop treating your past like a cautionary tale. It’s your curriculum.

The only thing holding you back, Is resistance towards achieving your goal. You cannot receive something you can’t embody first. It is your result, that comes from your new identity. You shape it through your new thoughts, emotions and actions. Then you keep your firm decision until everything looks exactly how you envisioned.

When nothing is happening, Everything is happening. You have to persist in the direction you want things to go. Regardless of the resistance you have. This where most people quit. You're not used to this version of you that you are becoming. Keep choosing it anyway.

Your worth is not measured by what happens outside of you. In order to be able to change what the reflection is showing, You have to take your power back. Or you keep recreating it. Shift your focus.

Passion and pain lead to purpose. You learn how to solve a problem. You automatically become able to provide the solution for others already needing it. The key is to learn and apply your solution so many times, That your faith in the results that it brings make it successful every time.

Whoever tells you that inbound sales is easier than outbound sales for your service-based offer is lying. Think about it: • You have a few hundred followers • You regularly see your posts get 3 comments • Your "viral" posts generate a thousand impressions Do you really think you have sufficient traffic to maintain a steady pipeline of leads? No! Of course not. Outbound, on the other hand, works regardless of whether you have 200 followers or 50k followers. If you're new to this Wi-Fi money thing, focus on outbound. Building a memorable personal brand that generates a meaningful number of inbound leads is the long game. I'm not telling you to neglect building your brand entirely. I'm just telling you what's going to get you results sooner, rather than later. Remember: Success favors speed.

Your mindset is keeping you broke. When all you do is look for reasons things won’t work: • no time • no money • no skills You’re training your brain to stop trying. Reframe your thinking or stay stuck in the same loop.

I used to be bad at writing. Stuck. Overthinking every post. Second-guessing everything I shared. Then something clicked: I was waiting for inspiration instead of treating writing like a skill you can train. So I studied it: → Storytelling frameworks → Proven hooks → How readers actually think Now writing feels effortless. Not because I’m gifted - but because I learned what works. And that’s the truth most people miss: this is a skill anyone can build.

Sometimes it’s just about showing up. Because your new identity is exactly what makes it all show up. I have days with almost zero energy or time to "do more". And if you take that piece of advice you'll burn yourself out. It's not about how much you do Is definitely about what you do. And who you are when you are doing it. Then all the details rearrange themselves in your reality to match your new story.

People say fake it till you make it. I say decide and keep deciding, Until you embody it. There’s nothing your reality can give you, Until you tell it what you have and who you are now. The beautiful thing about the human mind is that: - it doesn’t perceive time, it only knows the now - it doesn’t know if what you tell it is real or imagination Because everything you experience was once in your imagination. It all comes from the same source. Which is you. That’s why the decision you make each and every second. Gives you the exact outcome that comes from it.
