@BarclaysUKHelp I've been on the phone for the past 4 hours trying to speak with someone for unlocking my online banking which without I cannot pay my rent. After 2 one operator answered and "transferred" me again to the queue. Would you please assist?
@Fly_Norwegian If you could please follow the case, you could see that I’ve been actively messaging for a month in order to solve the issue. I have a witness that saw what happened but this doesn’t seem to matter?!
