An absolutely humbling morning at Craigavon Integrated as we joined the McNally family to dedicate a special bench in memory of Natalie and to participate in a conference for the young people on tackling violence against women and girls. Tackling this scourge will take all of us working together. I am always humbled by the incredible resilience and bravery of the McNally family who step up time and time again to try and prevent such an evil happening to another woman. True courage indeed. Well done to Mark Callander and all the team at the school for this fantastic initiative and successful event.

The First Minister and deputy First Minister joined the McNally family, pupils and organisations at a conference held in Craigavon Integrated College to discuss ending violence against women and girls.    The Minsters encouraged the young people to have the courage to speak out against misogynistic behaviour and highlighted the important role they play when it comes to building a future where women and girls are safe and feel safe everywhere. #EVAWG

It was such a privilege to speak at Craigavon Integrated College special event to honour Natalie McNally and to raise awareness of violence against women and girls. A lovely new bench was unveiled as part of her memory but the most moving and special part was Natalie's incredible family who were courageous, brave and inspiring in the face of unspeakable loss. Natalie's memory will never be forgotten. And we honour her by working to end violence against all women and girls.

Such a powerful morning at Craigavon Integrated College as we dedicated a memorial bench to former pupil Natalie McNally. The McNally family has shown remarkable courage and dedication in their campaigning to end violence against women and girls. Their determination is an inspiration and a reminder that we must all play our part in building a society where women feel safe, respected and free of fear.

Craigavon Integrated College have put on an Ending Violence Against Women and Girls event that would rival any government department or events management company, the school where Natalie McNally and her brothers attended are helping keep her legacy alive
