Even the slightest criticism of Sinn Fein and their cult following are out with their stingers out in full attack mode. It really is a cult. If Sinn Fein said stick your hand in the fire, they'd do it. People of ROI are waking up to their BS and increasing numbers in NI too.
I keep reading us protestants are immigrants but we're not, my ancestors just moved from one part of the country to another. Henry VIII became King of Ireland in 1541, the country was fully under English control. It was still under English rule when my ancestors moved here in the 17th Century. They did not emigrate, they just moved the same way someone from Scotland could move to England or Wales today without being considered an immigrant. When the Republic of Ireland was formed the people of Northern Ireland chose to remain part of the United Kingdom.
