Hi there Mike, it should be on already! I'm afraid the driver doesn't have the ability to affect it in any way, so it sounds like it might not be working correctly. @SouthernRailUK At least Southern are consistent! 🤷🏽‍♂️👏🏼 That’s every journey this week the train I’ve been on has been delayed. Appreciate there are weather challenges today but it’s not impacting other rail services the way it is yours.

🦺 The line north of Haywards Heath remains blocked whilst engineers battle the weather to get the fault working again. 🕓 Trains are being held at stations and are subsequently picking up major delays. Your journey time through Haywards Heath will be greatly extended this morning.

@SouthernRailUK Southern is honestly one of the worst services ever. Always late. The stress you add to people’s days is sizeable. And charging extortionate prices for a deplorable service? Your poor on board supervisors. All they say is “once again, we apologise for the delay”

@SouthernRailUK I have a monthly ticket from polegate to Zone 2. There were no trains yesterday so I had to drive into work. My delay repay has been declined. I now want money back for the day and compensation for journey delays and fuel costs. Please advise
