Today we fly the 🇮🇪 flag at half-mast in honour of former 🇨🇾President Vassiliou, who passed away on 13 January. A lifelong advocate of democracy and the rule of law, he was instrumental in Cyprus’ path to 🇪🇺 membership. Our condolences to his family and the people of Cyprus.
