I feel they are correct because students come to the university with the motive to upscale themselves. Unfortunately, the once well-renowned top university of Bihar has simply turned into an event ground. Recently, we saw the amount of corruption carried out under the supervision of the vice chancellor. Let's hope that in the coming days we will see Patna University getting the respect it deserves.

Major embarassment for Bihar government as students at Patna University strongly protested the presence of CM Nitish Kumar and deputy CMs Samrat Choudhary and Vijay Sinha for the inauguration of new Accademic block They claimed that university has been turned into their political ground and the event into a political event as no students or VC was invited into the event. People in a village in Manipur had to walk sometimes up to 2 days to reach a hospital. Villagers requested a road many times, but the government had ignored the demand for over 30 years. Then a newly appointed IAS officer, Armstrong Pame, promised to help and build a road. He asked the government for funds → No response. Instead of waiting on hope, he created a Facebook campaign and raised ~₹40 lakh through crowdfunding. Donations came from contributors across ~25 countries. He himself contributed ₹5 lakh from his own savings. He and the villagers themselves built a 100 km road in ~210 days. The road is named “People’s Road”. The government has crores for freebies, but no money for remote villages, because it is never urgent for them.
