@PlayGuildrun I like the heros, but the mana regen ticks feel really clunky. I don't think all heroes should be able to regen while casting, but I do think the ticks feel arbitrary. Sometimes, my 100+ regen character takes 3 seconds to cast, sometimes it's 1. It just needs to feel consistent.

@TitanCAPSLOCK I played Veilguard 4 times through, 3 being literal back-to-back-to-back playthroughs, one right after the next last year, as different factions and races. I definitely think I enjoyed that game more than 90% of people lmao, but it was no Origins or Inquisition even for sure 🥀

Pretty sure all of Bioware's failures are well documented in post-mortems. And Veilguard's was cobbling together a single player game in less than 2 years out of a live service they were directed to make (and had canceled) after the initial project was scrapped.

@IrrelevantAcct Out of the favourite teams, Spain do have the most difficult run by far I'd say. Absolutely if they collapse infront of goal like they have done not just in game 1 but game 3, they're in trouble, Austria aren't pushoevers, and you KNOW portugal will be fired up for it.

@PotatoMcWhiskey My take is that every couple has different circumstances, and if you're at the point where you're moving in together, you should be able to discuss and come to a reasonable solution (like what you suggested initially). (In US, the mortgage company pays property tax from escrow.)

My nuclear take is that couples should split expenses equally proportional to their incomes and ownership (50k+100k is 33/66 split) if my name isn't on the deed I don't want to pay for your mortgage

@PeccYz For smite, I absolutely did choose between the main stream and costreams, usually depending on how much I liked the current casting team. If one set was a team I didn't like listening to as much, but the next set was Finch/Aggro, I would go back to main for them.

I’d be really curious to see the actual data behind decisions like this. From my experience viewers watching a costream usually aren’t choosing between that and the main event they likely wouldn’t be watching the event at all if their favorite creator is live doing something else

Goal of this is to find new artists and genres I may not have ever listened to before. I can technically start the planning since some artists have albums announced. I'll make a full document for the challenge and at the end of the month, rank the albums from favorite to least!

I'm gonna challenge myself next month to listen to a new music album every day. The catch is that it HAS to be an album that releases on that day. If no album is released, I can use another album from a previous day. April of Albums 2026
