@mari_mitama I do screening for my HC group, generally if they pass my log screen they’re good enough that the trial is more of a formality and vibes check.

static recruiting is kinda nuanced, most of what you can gauge a player by is based on an initial interview, logs, and anything extra like prog vods that someone might ask for.. at that point, all you need to know from a trial is if they're a chud, but also if they like ur group
