This woman took her daughter and their friend to a Five Below. They were trying to find a glitter dumpling squishy toy. The mom told the daughter’s friend that since the mom is paying for it that if the daughter’s friend gets the glitter dumpling that she has to hand it over to her daughter who wants it badly. She also said that they would go back to Five Below and get her another one to see if she gets it too. The daughter’s friend ended up getting it and not the daughter so the mom took the glitter dumpling toy from the friend and gives it to the daughter. By doing this, is she teaching her daughter to be entitled and that no matter who she hurts, she gets what she wants?

@AskLyft Thank you showing such amazing empathy and grace. The first thing that I'm concerned about right now is the $20 return fee on return of my "item". I'm never using for godforsaken app again and advise everyone to do the same.

@AskLyft My Lyft driver drove off with my pet cat still in the car. I was taking my cat to a vet appointment, I was sitting behind the driver and had the cat carrier on the floor of the passenger side back seat.

@BarackObama Seriously, did you switch your brain off? Yes. Floyd’s murder was tragic. But you’re basically saying the 19 kids who died are nothing more than a good opportunity to mention his passing 2 years ago. I guess “screw those kids and their families”, right?

As we grieve the children of Uvalde today, we should take time to recognize that two years have passed since the murder of George Floyd under the knee of a police officer. His killing stays with us all to this day, especially those who loved him.
