I have to call bullshit on some of this. As soon as she claimed he went down to the bank, took her off all the accounts, and changed the numbers, I knew she was making it up. If a bank account is in both names, one person cannot simply remove the other person’s name, change the account details, or close it without the other account holder’s involvement. Don’t ask me how I know.

She thought the hardest part was dialing 911… but that was just the beginning. After her husband attacked her, she called for help and base police took him into custody. An order of protection was put in place on base, and she was told to secure and report all firearms in the home. When she opened the safe, one of the five was already gone. She reported it immediately. Officers asked for serial numbers, so she went back to check again; this time, the safe was completely empty. Every single weapon was missing. Then it got worse: her bank access was gone, account numbers changed, and money moved without her consent. Now base police weren’t just documenting a domestic incident… they were actively searching for him. It’s terrifying how fast a situation can escalate; from feeling unsafe in your own home to realizing someone may be planning something bigger while cutting off your resources. What would you do first in a situation like this; focus on personal safety, finances, or helping authorities track him down?

@DrAlmarielao THIS HAPPENS A LOT! In the military community. A lot of abused. I’m a veteran and handled and seen a lot of paper work! Lots of this women get married straight out of high school! Don’t drive, no job, get pregnant! Are cheated on and financially abused. It’s pretty bad

I was today years old when I learned about hypnagogic hallucinations. Apparently, freaking out about them makes them worse and so does stress. Some people report seeing snakes, spiders, hornets and other terrifying creatures while others see figures, body parts, and spirits. 😳😱 Do you know anyone who experiences this or have you had this happen to you before? How do you cope with it?
