I see a lot of Motherwell fans obsessing at St Mirren tonight.
I'd just like to remind them all I had the pleasure of being in The Showgrounds in Sligo. Where Sligo Rovers from the League of Ireland beat them 2-0 on the day and 3-0 on aggregate! Great game 👏

Owen Elding is set to leave Sligo Rovers and sign for Hibernian, as first reported by @jessicafarry ☘️ It’s also my understanding that the fee is as low as €400,000 with significant adds on for the reigning League of Ireland Young Player of the Year - a baffling figure, in all honesty, for a player of such quality and potential. Elding will be a huge loss to Sligo Rovers and to the league on the eve of the new League of Ireland campaign, which kicks off next Friday. A deal has now been agreed for the 19-year-old, and it’s looking increasingly likely that he could make his Hibernian debut this Sunday against Rangers.
