@Publix tonight I purchased an alcoholic beverage from your establishment. Upon returning home and exiting my vehicle the entire box broke and shattered everywhere. Broken glass on my driveway, blood from shards, and bottles completely shattered. I attempted to call customer service and was told that you have a no return policy on alcohol. Understandable, but there was no alcohol to return. Obviously there was an external or internal issue with moisture causing the cardboard box to fail. I was told there was nothing they can do. Things happen but the no remorse or apology from staff didn’t settle well. I will attempt to contact the GM for some resolve and hope for some resolution.

I appreciate Emerald's work and think it's pretty despicable to "take her down" like this. You should never be ashamed or recoil from past jobs / gigs. No one starts out immediately (unless you're last name is clinton, kennedy, ect) as a host for a newshour or lead in any capacity.
