Frank Auerbach (whose death was announced this morning) will be remembered as one of the major draughtsman of his age. I pressed the government again yesterday to use the Planning and Infrastructure Bill to drive up new build housing standards: * solar panels on roofs as standard; * high insulation so that all new homes can be warm and affordable to heat.
