@davelomax Hi Dave, thanks for your points. The article is first in a series. Friedrich did talk about flatshares & being lucky, but not everything made it in. @RIBAJ has published pieces on how homeworking is affecting different architects though, eg students & we'll look at covering more.

Why younger architects don’t see the relevance of the RIBA? No shade on Friedrich, but for every one architect with a nice garden there are 10 young staffers working from their bed in the room they rent in a shared house with no outdoor space. Maybe we could talk about them?
