@MBonvoyAssist As I just finish writing. They say it again. If they don't want to refund you they don't have to even if the hotel canceled the reservation. I should stay in a room where my kids will go into anaphylactic shock and need to go to the ER. #makeitmakesense
@MarriottBonvoy @Marriott @FairfieldHotels After 26 years in retail everyone knows it has to be something egregious for me to care or complain. Charging me for a room my family could not stay in, having the hotel cancel the reservation but still charge me is beyond dumb.
